Casa Lavender



1.5 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila

.75 oz. Crème de Violette

.75 oz. Fresh Pineapple Juice

.5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

.5 oz. Simple Syrup

2 Dashes of Lavender Bitters




Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker and dry shake (no ice). Then add ice and shake vigorously for a few seconds before straining into a coupe glass. Garnish with 2 dried lavender sprigs over the cocktail.
