Humo Verde

Ingredients

 

1 oz. Casamigos Mezcal

1 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila

1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

.75 oz. Simple Syrup

4 Basil Leaves

2 Thyme Sprigs

1” Slices Grilled Green Poblano Peppers

1” Grilled Poblano Slice and Dried Thyme

 

Instructions

 

Combine all ingredients into tin shaker. Muddle herbs/pepper, add ice, shake well, and fine strain into a rocks glass. Add fresh ice and garnish with a grilled poblano slice and dried thyme.
