Pineapple Cilantro Margarita


2 oz. Casamigos Reposado Tequila

1 oz. Pineapple Juice

.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

.5 oz. Simple Syrup

8-10 Cilantro Leaves

½ Thick Rim Sugar, Cilantro Salt (Equal Parts)



Combine all ingredients into tin shaker. Add ice. Shake vigorously for 4-6 seconds. Strain into rocks glass. Add block ice garnish. Serve in rocks glass. Garnish.

*To make cilantro salt. Dice up fresh cilantro into small pieces. Put on baking sheet and place in oven at 225 degrees for 20 min to dry out. Add more time if needed. Do not burn. Once completely dry, put in fingers and break into small grain like pieces. Add equal parts of sugar and salt to have cilantro salt. 


Pitcher Measurements (60 oz.) – Makes 5 cocktails 


10 oz. Casamigos Reposado Tequila

5 oz. Pineapple Juice

2.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

2.5 oz. Simple Syrup

35-50 Cilantro Leaves



Combine all ingredients into 60 oz. pitcher. Fill to top with ice. Stir with bar spoon for 6-8 seconds.
