Spicy Carrot Cilantro Margarita



1 oz. Casamigos Mezcal 

1 oz. Casamigos Reposado Tequila

1 oz. Fresh Carrot Juice 

.5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice 

.5 oz. Simple Syrup 

2 Serrano Slices

8–10 Cilantro Leaves

Cayenne Salt




Combine all ingredients into tin shaker. Muddle herbs/serrano, add ice, shake vigorously, and strain into rocks glass. Add fresh ice and top off with crushed or pebble ice. Garnish with cilantro leaf wrapped in carrot peel and cayenne salt sprinkle.
