Spicy Carrot Cilantro Margarita

Ingredients

1 oz. Casamigos Mezcal 

1 oz. Casamigos Reposado Tequila

1 oz. Carrot Juice 

.5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice 

.5 oz. Simple Syrup 

2 Serrano Slices

8–10 Cilantro Leaves

Cayenne Salt

 

Instructions

Combine all ingredients into tin shaker. Muddle herbs/serrano. Add ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into rocks glass. Add fresh ice and top off with crushed or pebble ice. Garnish with cilantro leaf wrapped in carrot peel and cayenne salt sprinkle.
