Watermelon Mint Margarita



1.5 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila

1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

.5 oz. Simple Syrup

4 Watermelon Chunks (1”)

8-10 Mint Leaves

2 Dashes Peychauds Bitters




Combine all ingredients into a tin shaker and muddle the fruit and herbs. Add ice,  shake vigorously, and fine strain into a rocks glass and add fresh ice. Garnish with a mint sprig and watermelon chunk on a skewer.
